4. Francis Neale (Jeremiah , John , Raphael ) was born in 1649 in England. He died in 1716 in Talbot County, Maryland, USA. Francis emigrated in 1661 from from Barbados to Maryland. He was employed in the tobacco trade in 1671 in Wye River, Talbot Co. Maryland.
Francis married Ann Wolcott daughter of John Wolcott and Sarah. Ann died on 28 Feb 1743 in Talbot County, Maryland, USA.
