Sarah married Daniel Neall Sr. son of Jonathan Neale and Sarah Wilson on 21 Mar 1810 in Motherkill, Delaware. Daniel was born on 24 Jan 1784 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He died on 15 Apr 1846 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was buried in Fair Hill Burial Ground, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Daniel has been called the "father of modern Dentistry". He was a Quaker and prominent member of the abolitionist movement in Philadelphia. He was president of the Pennsylvania Hall Association and was presiding over a meeting when it was burned to the ground by an angry anti-abolitionist mob in 1838.
